ONCE AGAIN... Greetings, from the Porcelain Throne

Hi again. I'm here at the restaurant doing my favorite thing. Anywho, for the last 4 days, I've had a total of 15 hours of sleep. There have been crazy nights of prepping for catering, prepping for the grand opening of the Shorline Village location, and prepping for the Grand Prix event... with a little drinky-drinky tossed in the mix.
